None of these jobs is exceptionally taxing nor requires any prior horse knowledge.
As usual you can
specify where your experience lies, but in all cases you will be
instructed as to what is required. Whatever
we ask you to do you will have an exciting
day in a beautiful setting seeing some of the best riders and
horses in the country.
By all means bring an ample picnic with you, deck chairs etc. - we will provide a basic packed lunch if
requested. Please let us know if you are 'game on' by filling in the volunteer form and sending it back to
us via the post, fax, sending us an email or reply via this website.
Please respond either way. Even if you're not sure, please call, write or email us and we'll be happy to
give more information. If you are able to help, we will write to you closer to the date with all the details
you require.
If you have friends who would also like to help, they would be most welcome,
as we need about
350 people. There's a space at the bottom of the volunteer form
to let us know who they are and how
we get in contact with them.
One of the many volunteers said: "My daughter and I would like to thank you for the way you looked after
us at the horse trials on Sunday. I have been helping at events for a number of years and have never
received such wonderful treatment. We had a lovely day, everyone we met was friendly and helpful and
the weather was the icing on the cake."
